The aim of this course is to equip workplace supervisors to deliver and facilitate training for their HSST trainees. The aim is to give an overview of the HSST training programme. It covers the role and responsibilities of the workplace supervisor and the HSST Trainee and provides guidance on how to ensure success for trainees. The training day also gives workplace supervisors the opportunity to meet other supervisors and some members of the School team to discuss and share best practice.
