Volunteers play a vital role in the success of the training scheme and those who enrol on it. They guide new trainees through their training and development by providing an external source of support and guidance to those who are new to the profession. IPEM will also be holding training days for volunteers on the Clinical Scientist Guided Training Scheme (CSGTS) to provide additional CPD opportunities and to help you grow your network.
