Digital Clinical Safety training - NHS England
Course Outline
The course is delivered remotely by the Digital Clinical Informatics Safety Team at NHSE and consists of completion of an e-learning course, ten pre-recorded modules and a training day. The training day focusses on practical workshops, activities and discussion. The course will be followed by a one hour round table discussion.
Completion of the Clinical Risk Management e-learning sessions and watching of the pre-recorded modules are essential prior to attending the workshop.
The e-learning is available free of charge to NHS employees via the e-Learning for Healthcare (e-LfH) hub. Those with an NHS email address can access any e-LfH programme with an e-LfH account. If you don't have an account, then you can register by selecting the 'Register' button on the right-hand side of the e-LfH homepage. Those without an NHS email account can purchase access to the e-learning.
If you already have an account with e-LfH, then you can enrol on the Clinical Safety Programme by logging in to the e-LfH hub, selecting My Account > Enrolment and selecting the Clinical Risk Management programme. You can then access the Clinical Risk Management e-Learning sessions immediately in the My e-Learning section.
