
Peter Marsden
Peter has worked in radiation protection in the NHS for over 30 years and is a past President of the Society for Radiological Protection. He is a Board member of RPA 2000.

Susan Doshi
Susan is Head of Imaging Physics at the Royal United Hospital in Bath. Susan is a diagnostic radiology physicist, and she has been an RPA for just over two years.

Matthew Rowlandson
Matt Rowlandson has recently taken over as the Head of Clinical and Radiation Physics for the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust where he leads a team of clinical scientists and technologist who provide radiation protection advice and scientific support to nuclear medicine and diagnostic radiology across two NHS foundation trusts. Previously he worked in the Regional Radiation Protection Service based at the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust in Guildford where he supported several NHS trusts and private healthcare providers, offering radiation protection advice and medical physics support to a wide selection of services.
He submitted his RPA portfolio in 2024 and has completed the Higher Specialist Scientist Training Programme.

Suzanne Wong
Suzanne undertook her STP training at the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre (CCC) and has been employed as Senior Clinical Scientist at the centre since finishing the STP in 2018. Suzanne works in Radiotherapy and has been involved in Radiation Protection throughout her career. The the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre has the only low energy proton treatment machine in the UK, and this has uniquely impacted the Radiation Protection work she has been required to undertake, and this work formed a significant contribution to her RPA portfolio. Suzanne gained her RPA certification in October 2024.
Prior to working as a Clinical Scientist, Suzanne worked as a Nuclear Safety Case Consultant, where she gained experience working in radiation safety for companies such as Sellafield and Urenco.

Laura Cluny
Laura is a Principal Clinical Scientist working in Nuclear Medicine Physics in NHS Lothian. Laura started off in Radiation Protection and has worked across both sections over the last few years. Laura is currently a Nuclear Medicine MPE, and got her RPA certificate in February this year.
