Thank you for being part of IPEM - an end of year message from our President and CEO
As we come to the end of the year, we would like to thank you for your continued support, engagement and membership of IPEM. Your involvement enables us to represent, support and advocate for our professions, and to deliver the activities and services that matter most to our community.
Over the past year, IPEM has continued to deliver a strong programme of conferences, events and professional development, supported our training schemes and accreditation routes, and contributed to national conversations on patient safety, technology and clinical governance. We have also continued to strengthen partnerships across healthcare, academia and industry, helping to raise the profile and impact of our professions. You can find out more about how IPEM is making a positive impact on behalf of our profession in our short video.
We are especially grateful to our volunteers who give their time, expertise and commitment across training schemes, committees, specialist groups, events and governance. Your contribution is vital to the quality, credibility and reach of IPEM’s work, and we are sincerely thankful for everything you do.
Looking ahead, we are committed to strengthening how we support and recognise all our members, ensuring they feel valued, connected and part of the IPEM community. This will be an important focus for us as we continue to develop the Institute in the year ahead.
Thank you again to all our members for your ongoing support. We look forward to working with you in the coming year to continue building a strong, inclusive and forward-looking professional community.
Kind Regards
Mark Knight and Gill Collinson
President and CEO
PS We can’t be successful as an MPCE community without you and your fellow professionals. If you have colleagues who aren’t already members of IPEM, please encourage them to join the only UK professional body representing Medical Physicists, Clinical and BioMedical Engineers and Clinical Technologists to help us to do more for you and our profession.
