The IPEM Workforce Intelligence Unit (WIU) are gathering information from as many organisations providing Physiological Measurement Services as possible regarding the current state of the Physiological Measurement workforce in terms of establishment and vacancies.
This survey will ask how many Clinical Scientists, Technologists, and any Other Staff, there are working in Physiological Measurement, broken down by Whole Time Equivalence (WTE) and Agenda for Change banding. It also asks for the headcount of each staff group, age profile and any comments on recruitment and training.
IPEM intends to use this workforce information to guide IPEM policy and to respond to Calls for Evidence regarding the Physiological Measurement Workforce, in accordance with the WIU's Data Sharing Policy, which is available on request from adam@ipem.ac.uk.
Data will only be publicised in an aggregated form and no information about an identifiable individual will be made public. The results will be published on IPEM's WIU webpages. Contact details you supply may be used to clarify details about this workforce response, and held for future workforce surveys. Details provided through this survey will only be used to contact you to request your input on future workforce surveys, and you can, of course, opt-out of this by letting us know (adam@ipem.ac.uk)
