We are looking for someone to provide administrative, digital, and operational support to the Consortium for the Accreditation of Sonographic Education (CASE) and the College & Society for Vascular Science (CSVS). The successful candidate will work closely with the BMUS team, supporting accreditation processes, events, communications, and website content.

Responsibilities

CASE

Provide administrative and secretarial support
Maintain accreditation registers and HEI records
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes
Manage financial records, invoicing and annual accounts
Support accreditation applications and accreditor engagement
Maintain website content and social media activity
Support accreditor training
Deliver improvements to all accreditation processes
Support data collection and reporting processes

CSVS

Assist with planning and delivery of events and study days
Update and maintain the CSVS website
Support social media and email communications
Help design promotional materials
Maintain exam portal
Provide general organisational support

Person Specification

Essential
Strong administrative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience using CMS, website tools and social media
Ability to multitask and work independently
Experience supporting events
High attention to detail

Desirable
Experience in membership organisations
Understanding of accreditation or regulatory processes
Basic digital design skills
Experience with finance admin
Familiarity with HEIs or exam platforms such as Mettl
