How to support Aspiring MPEs - Why one of our volunteer speakers on the course thinks this will be useful for people
“This course will be an opportunity to share learning experiences on how to support and guide trainee MPEs to certification. Through this training you will pick up tips and tricks on how to create a supportive learning environment and best practices for mentoring and feeding back to aspiring MPEs.
Experienced supervisors will share their experiences and highlight strategies to identify and bridge competency gaps. Attendees will gain an overview of the complex processes and be able to more readily support aspiring MPEs, as well as learning from others and sharing experiences.”
