South West MPCE Meeting 2025

This 2 day meeting, hosted in conjunction with University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust was held in Bournemouth, which brought together delegates from across the South West and the wider UK.

It showcased experience from people who have broadened their careers through fellowships, collaborations with other organisations (universities, suppliers), PhDs, HSST etc., where peers have engaged in interesting work addin to skills they've developed and from staff groups where they feel there are too few opportunities to develop or progress.
