Scientific Report Writing

 

In this course, we'll explore the types of reports you may write across your career, and you’ll learn the components of a scientific report, as well as top tips for writing effectively. By the end of this course, you’ll have the tools and know-how to start producing scientific reports of quality.

This course was developed in collaboration with Andrew Harris. Andy has worked in Nuclear Medicine for over 25 years and throughout this time he has been involved with training, acting as the Scientist training lead in three different centres across the country. He has carried out the final assessment of trainees for over 15 years and was the Lead Editor for the development of the NSHCS STP Nuclear Medicine curriculum in 2020. Andy has been an ACS Assessor for the Route 2 since 2021 and more recently has become an External Advisor for trainees on the IPEM CSGTS.

Trainees on the Clinical Scientist Guided Training Scheme do not need to purchase this course as they will receive access as part of the scheme.
