This course aims to provide advanced postgraduate level training in hyperpolarised magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), covering the full translational pathway from fundamental physics and polarisation methods through to preclinical and clinical applications. The course has been developed to address a recognised need for structured training in hyperpolarised MRI, a rapidly evolving field that requires integration of knowledge across physics, engineering, physiology, and clinical imaging. While the technology has advanced significantly in recent years, formal training opportunities remain limited and are often fragmented across disciplines.
