Radiotherapy Board Environmental Sustainability Working Group Member

Are you interested in environmental sustainability in radiotherapy and supporting radiotherapy teams to adopt greener ways of working? Would you like to help reduce the carbon footprint of radiotherapy in the UK?

The Radiotherapy Board has formed a multi-disciplinary Working Group to raise the profile of environmental sustainability in radiotherapy and look at ways of supporting and encouraging radiotherapy teams to adopt greener ways of working.

You may be right for the role if you have the following attributes:

  • Experience of or an interest in exploring environmental sustainability issues in radiotherapy and the NHS.
  • Experience of identifying and co-ordinating resources for learning and practice (eg. collating case studies, identifying learning resources, etc).
  • Good interpersonal skills and a proven ability to contribute to a multi-professional Working Group.
  • Active IPEM membership.

You must be resident in the United Kingdom at the time of applying.
