Anaesthetic Registrar

Adam is an anaesthetic registrar (ST7) in the North Central London School of Anaesthesia and a Topol Digital Health Fellow. He previously held a national Health Education England Clinical Fellowship in Artificial Intelligence (Cohort 1), through which he developed expertise in natural language processing, large language models, and clinical AI deployment.

He is the Principal Investigator for ULTRA-CTS, a UCLH Charity-funded project applying computer vision and machine learning to ultrasound diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome, and is preparing a prospective clinical study arising from the programme. He has recently been awarded an InnovateMD Fellowship for the ULTRA-CTS project. Alongside his clinical and research work, Adam is an Honorary Lecturer on the UCL MSc in Perioperative Medicine, where he leads the module on AI in Anaesthesia and Perioperative Medicine, and co-developed one of the UK's first deployed generative AI tools within a medical royal college.

Consultant Radiologist

Dr Wilkinson is a consultant breast radiologist at Oxford Breast Imaging Centre who works with the national team supporting delivery and quality assurance of the breast imaging programme. She has an interest in the challenges of introducing AI into the breast screening and symptomatic services.
