MR Safety Update 2023

This in-person meeting is an important platform for members of the MR community looking to share best practice guidance and ensure local policies reflect this.

Organised by IPEM's Magnetic Resonance Special Interest Group

The biennial MR Safety meeting returns this year with an in-person event that focuses on the added value of being able to meet face-to-face and share best practice for MR safety.

Since our last meeting the general implant safety policies have gained traction and there have been consensus recommendations on imaging patients with cardiac devices, both of which highlight the importance of collaboration in MR safety. We hope to bring people together for presentations and discussion that will enhance safety across our community.
