IPEM and IOPP Peer Review Training
IPEM and the IOPP invite IPEM members to join an interactive peer review training session co-chaired by Dr Peter Charlton and utilising IOPP’s peer review training programme which has been tailored for the physical sciences.
This is the only peer review training programme tailored for the physical sciences and is offered free of charge.

The session will run from 9:30am – 12:00pm (including a practical exercise and short break). It will focus on key aspects of peer review in medical physics and allied fields, including:
- Peer review fundamentals
- Models of peer review
- How to become a peer reviewer
- How to write an excellent reviewer report
- How to spot and respond to research misconduct
