Organised by IPEM's Nuclear Medicine Special Interest Group
The demand for molecular radiotherapy services has been increasing, due in part, to the introduction of new therapy types, such as Lu-177 PSMA, as well as continued demand for established therapies, such as I-131 for thyroid disease, Lu-177 dotatates and Y-90 SIRTs. The event aims to provide valuable information to the many centres that are setting up new therapy or dosimetry services to support increased demand for radionuclide therapies and the expected expansion of Lu-177 PSMA therapy across the UK.
The event is aimed at Nuclear Medicine Physicists, and Therapy Radiographers and Technologists, but is open to all with an interest in the field.
This online event will also include invited talks from Anne-Marie Stapleton, Deputy Head of Nuclear Medicine Physics at Royal Surrey County Hospital, and Allison Craig, Senior Nuclear Medicine Physicist at Royal Marsden Hospital. Full speaker bios can be found here.
