Physiological Measurement in the Pandemic
Over the last year the pandemic has had an unprecedented effect on all of our lives and changed the way in which we work. Those working in clinical physiological measurement services have experienced issues seen in all areas of the health service, such as: redeployment, variation in delivery across the country, mounting patient backlog and high levels of patient anxiety. Dealing with these challenges can prove especially difficult for the small, and sometimes isolated, teams of scientists and technologists working across our varied specialism. At the same time, we have heard good news stories of innovative adaptation and the expedited adoption of technology in order to transform service delivery. For those in research and industry the landscape has also altered immeasurably, offering new opportunities and challenges.
Listen to this one hour webinar to hear from our invited speakers on their experience of how COVID-19 has impacted physiological measurement services across the country.
