About IPEM
IPEM is a company limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales (no. 3080332) and a registered charity (no. 1047999). It has a statutory duty to file an annual report and accounts, duly audited and approved by its Trustees, with Companies House and the Charity Commission. The reporting cycle for each is the calendar year.
