Fascinating podcast by IPEM’s Vice President Academic on thermal imaging – and MONSTIRs!

A WIDE-RANGING chat with IPEM’s Vice President Academic was the subject of a fascinating podcast.

IPEM Fellow Professor Adam Gibson, Reader in Medical Physics at University College London, took part in the UCL Physics and Engineering in Medicine Podcast, chatting to medical physicists in the biomedical optics laboratory about his life and career.

He talked about his history with thermal imaging and x-ray mammography, discussed his current research subjects of optical tomography (the MONSTIR project) and his work with the Heritage Institute, imaging art and mummies.
