IPEM members are invited to apply for the European Federation of Organisations for Medical Physics (EFOMP) Medal.
The Medal is presented in recognition of an individual’s outstanding and internationally acknowledged contribution to the advancement of medical physics.
It will be presented during the third European Congress of Medical Physics, which is being held in Turin in September next year.
In order to be considered for this prestigious award, potential nominees need to submit a short CV, comprising of a description of their career as a medical physicist, and two supporting reports from leading medical physicists, at least one of which must be from another National Member Organisation of EFOMP.
Nominations should be sent to Professor Dan Clark, IPEM’s Vice President International, by Monday 10 June via email.
