MPEC and Biennial Radiotherapy Meeting 2020 - FAQs

How do I register?

Registration will be open shortly via our website. IPEM members will be able to register via their usual account. Non members will need to register on our website before proceeding to booking.

What will the costs be for the event?

You will be able to register to access all the presentations as well as ondemand content afterwards for a one off payment of £210. Alternatively you can purchase access to individual session for £35 each, or a one week option for £150 (all costs are plus VAT) Further details of packages and access will be available shortly.

What platform will be used?

The sessions will be access via Zoom. Either using the app or you can access zoom via a browser without downloading any additional software. Please note that some NHS Trusts will need to unblock the link to allow you access. Some of the Key Note Sessions will also be live streamed on YouTube for those with full access.

Will there be a virtual exhibition?

We are going to be offering both a virtual exhibition option, and also the chance for organisations to sponsor a session and run symposium, for more information please email candi@ipem.ac.uk.

Are you accepting abstracts?

We are currently accepting abstracts until the 16th August. Please visit our abstract submission page for further details.
