How do I register?

Registration is via our website. IPEM members will be able to register via their usual account. Non members will need to register on our website before proceeding to booking.

What will the costs be for the event?

Alternatively you can purchase access to individual session for £35 each,

What platform will be used?

The sessions will be accessed via Zoom. Either using the app or you can access zoom via a browser without downloading any additional software. Please note that some NHS Trusts will need to unblock the link to allow you access.

How do I chose my sessions?                   

For those who have chosen a full package a zoom link will automatically be sent on Friday 18th for access, you do not need to do anything else. For those who are on a session package you will have received a doodle poll to confirm which you want to see.

What link do I use?

For all options only one link will be sent. This link will allow you access to the event throughout the two weeks. The link is unique to you and is set for use a number of times depending upon the package on offer. If you lose this email or it stops working then please email to generate a new link.

I only want to attend the AGM and opening session

Access to the AGM and Jim Al-Khalil is a separate access link that will be sent to all registered attendees.

How can I ask questions?

During the sessions you will have the option to use the q&a facility to ask questions of speakers. Alternatively you can email your questions in advance to  The chat feature can be used to talk to either the host, panelists or all attendees.


CPD certificates will be sent after MPEC and the Biennial Radiotherapy Meeting to those who joined the events. Alternatively you will be able to watch on demand. Links to the recordings will be available approximately 2 weeks after the event and will be emailed out to you.

Technical issues

If you have technical problems on the day please either use the chat facility to contact the host only, or alternatively What’s App 07979 865279. In the event of any technical failures on the day meaning that the conference is unable to go ahead, the talks will either be rearranged or recorded and access will be given on demand. Please ensure you check your email on the morning of the session as this will be used to notify you of any changes.
