RPA Update 2019

Organised by IPEM's Radiation Protection Special Interest Group 

The RPA Update Meeting is IPEM’s principal meeting of the year for those working in the field of Radiation Protection in the healthcare sector. The meeting will include talks from Regulators, relevant bodies and RPAs working in the field, and will have both invited and proffered papers. The meeting is an invaluable one for both those seeking RPA accreditation and those wishing to maintain or expand their CPD.

Educational Aims
1. Update accredited RPAs on issues surrounding the implementation of regulations in the healthcare sector.
2. Provide educative information for those aspiring to become an accredited RPA in the healthcare sector.

Anticipated Learning Outcomes
1. Widen knowledge and background in the field of Radiation Protection in healthcare.
2. Appreciate the way recent changes to Regulations are being implemented by Regulators.
