CLINICAL SCIENTIST - RADIOTHERAPY PHYSICS, BAND 8A - BRACHYTHERAPY

REGIONAL MEDICAL PHYSICS SERVICE

Applications are invited for a Band 8a Clinical Scientist position within the Radiotherapy Physics Service at the NI Cancer Centre, Belfast.

The Centre is equipped with 10 linear accelerators and has comprehensive imaging and brachytherapy facilities. The department is research active with close links to Queen’s University, Belfast.

Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years’ post-graduate experience in medical physics, predominantly in radiotherapy physics, and have experience in Brachytherapy. Applicants must be a HCPC registered Clinical Scientist or achieve registration within 12 months of appointment and be able to act as a Medical Physics Expert.
