Changed your mind or ordered the wrong publication?

IPEM Publications will issue a full refund on books and CD ROM's returned in mint re-saleable condition within 30 days of despatch.

Received the wrong publication?

Return (within 30 days of despatch) the book(s) or CD ROM(s) shipped in error, and upon receipt we will despatch a replacement. The cost of the return postage will be refunded.

Publication damaged on receipt?

IPEM will replace the damaged book(s) or CD ROM(s), or offer a full refund subject to return within 30 days of despatch, together with the original packaging.

Publication does not arrive?

Publications are despatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by an alternative carrier, according to weight, both of which require a signature on delivery.  If our carriers can provide proof of delivery, IPEM cannot accept responsibility for the loss of goods within your workplace, and you must take this up with whoever has signed for them.  If publications have been lost in transit by our carriers, we will repeat the despatch.
