Research Summaries
The work of scientists and engineers in healthcare touches the lives of many, whether it is by developing safer radiotherapy treatments, new medical imaging techniques, or improved assistive technology for disabled people. The technical literature in our field is full of reports of innovations that might well be of interest to the wider public.
Members of IPEM periodically prepare summaries of papers in medical physics and engineering journals. These may be of interest to journalists as the basis of stories, or for background information. Authors can be contacted for more details.
