Inserts for Members' mailing or Conference packs 

Adding your own ready printed insert into one of our mailings is an effective way to reach your target audience.

 IPEM Member mailing
 IPEM has a postal mailing to all its members every 2 weeks.  You can insert an A5 or A4 flyer which will reach all UK members or UK and overseas members.  If you have an insert you should contact the office in the first instance to ascertain that it is suitable, how many you should send and when we would need to receive them.  Generally the inserts we receive are for courses, events or publications of interest to our members.

The current rates are:
£295.00 + vat, for all IPEM UK members 
£370.00 + vat, for all IPEM UK and overseas members

Exceptions:
Most commercial advertisements are required to go through our Advertising Agent, currently Century One Publishing  and they will be charged at the current commerical advertising rates.
Some inserts are eligible for free insertion if the subject covered offers our members considerable benefits, access to free events or relevant information.
Conference Delegate pack
 At all of our conferences delegates will receive a pack with specific information such as the programme, speaker information etc. You can include a flyer in this which will be distributed to all delegates at the conference (although we cannot guarantee that there will be an opportunity for inserts at every meeting).
