Regulations

1. The award shall normally be made annually.
   
   
2. The award shall be made for the best proffered poster presentation at the Annual Scientific Meeting by any delegate.
   
   
3. The award shall be determined by a judging system under the responsibility of the Chair of the Awards Committee, Chair of Scientific Committee and Chair of local Scientific Organising Committee for Annual Scientific Meeting.
   
   
4. The value of the prize shall be determined by the Council and may be taken in books, instruments or cash.
   
   
5. The name of the winner shall be announced at the first Council Meeting of the session and communicated to the membership in the Newsletter.
   
   
6. A certificate will be awarded.
