This year the Medical Physics & Engineering Conference will be held in conjunction with the Bioengineering 10 Conference. MPEC will take place on 14-16 September, and Bioengineering 10 on 15-16 September. Registered delegates may attend any sessions of either conference.

Please note the following information about new sessions and speakers:
- Woolmer Lecture - Tuesday 14th September (09.00 - 10.30) will be given by Professor Mark Tooley from the Royal United Hospital, Bath entitled "Imitating the patient"
- Nuclear Medicine Dosimetry Workshop - Tuesday 14th September (13.30 - 17.00) - half-day workshop run jointly by IPEM and BNMS will cover the requirements for performing Internal Dosimetry estimates, with a focus on applications for Radionuclide Therapy, and support for new protocols. It will address quantitative image data acquisition, image processing and analysis, and relevant dosimetric estimations. The first half of the workshop will comprise a series of presentations, followed by small group interactive workstation-based demonstrations
- HPA Lecture - Wednesday 15th September (09.00 - 10.00) will be given by Professor Christopher James from the University of Warwick entitled 'Communicating through thought alone'
