Affiliateship is open to persons who are ineligible for other categories of membership but whose interests lie in the application of physical sciences or engineering to medicine or related biological sciences.

Applications for Affiliateship should be proposed by two Fellows, Corporate Members or Incorporated Members.  

Proposers should know the candidate well enough to be able to vouch suitability to be an Affiliate.
