The workshop will offer scientists the opportunity to exchange information, and to generate international collaborations. |
NPL/IPEM Small Fields Dosimetry Training Course

| NPL is holding a one day course on the radiation dosimetry of small photon fields. The course will consist of a number of lectures given by NPL and guest experts in this area, including several of the authors of IPEM Report 103. Among the topics to be covered are: absolute, reference and relative dose measurement; treatment planning system modelling; and dosimetric errors. Throughout the day, it will be possible to discuss questions raised by this challenging topic with the course speakers and with NPL staff. The day will end with a lecture on recent developments in the area followed by an open discussion. |
