The IPEM RT-SIG in collaboration with the BIR Radiation Physics and Dosimetry Committee, are holding a scientific meeting dedicated to Modern Brachytherapy, a field in which there have been many recent scientific and clinical developments, and great scope for modernisation and application of best-practice techniques. This meeting is an ideal opportunity to share this work.

The programme will include keynote sessions and proffered papers on a range of brachytherapy topics. The emphasis will be on physics aspects but wide attendance is encouraged to make this a multidisciplinary meeting, which is so essential in brachytherapy services.

Anticipated learning outcomes:
• Teaching session on key aspects of modern brachytherapy physics and clinical treatments.
• Update on best-practice brachytherapy.
• Awareness and sharing of R&D work currently being undertaken.

The Provisional Programme and Registration Form are now available to download. To register for this meeting, please complete the Registration Form and return it with your payment to the IPEM office as soon as possible by email, post or fax to book a place. Please note that places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis, and registrations cannot be accepted without payment.
