Guidelines for Organisers
The primary objectives of IPEM are to promote the advancement of physics and engineering applied to medicine and biology, and to represent the needs and interests of engineering and physical sciences in the provision or advancement of health care.
Organising a conference or training day is therefore a good way of helping achieve IPEM’s objectives by providing a forum where scientists, engineers, technologists and other professionals can share with each other the outcomes of research and development work they have undertaken, discuss state-of-the-art developments in a particular field, or receive update training to develop their professional practice.
